Appointment Rates
Choose the visit type that works best for you. All appointments are conducted by Dr. Hidalgo personally.
The standard visit fee applies to the first patient. Each additional family member in the same household, seen for the same concern, is discounted at the following rates:

How Payment Works
While we don't bill insurance directly, we're happy to provide an itemized receipt upon request — which you may be able to submit for reimbursement through your HSA, FSA, or out-of-network benefits. We recommend checking with your insurance provider.
EliteCare MD is a cash-pay practice. We do not accept or bill medical insurance of any kind. Payment is due in full at the time of booking.

EliteCare MD services are intended for non-emergency medical concerns only.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening condition, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.

Services are currently available to patients located in New York State only, at the time of consultation.
In-home visits will be offered in Kingston, NY and neighboring towns, primarily for established patients, and are subject to availability.
